DescriptionThe Ministry of External Affairs is hiring one Consultant (Conflict of Laws/Private International Law). The position is intended for qualified legal professionals with expertise in international law, particularly in the field of conflict of laws or private international law.
EligibilityHold a Postgraduate degree in International Law (LL.M.) from a reputed or recognized institution in India or abroad. Preference will be given to candidates specializing in Conflict of Laws/Private International Law. Have a minimum of two years of work experience. Be a registered law practitioner in India.
